We want you to be delighted with your purchases. However, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us by telephone as soon as it arrives and return it to us in perfect condition within seven working days and you will be entitled to a refund, exchange or credit note. Delivery charges are not refundable. Please note that we do not give exchanges, credit notes or refunds on: Personalised items or items returned after 7 days. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so they are not lost or damaged in transit. Please note that we do not pay postage on returns unless the return is as a result of our error. We deal with returns as quickly as we can, but during busy periods please allow 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed.

Heavy goods items can be taken away at the point of delivery free of charge, but if you subsequently decide to return the products, it may take up to 28 days for collection (40 days for more remote areas) and a charge of £50 will be made.
